To install certificate on Android devices
  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap Security & privacy And then More security settings and then Encryption & credentials.
  3. Tap Install a certificate And then CA certificate.
  4. Tap Menu
  5. Tap where you saved the certificate.
  6. Tap the file
  7. If needed, enter the key store password. Tap OK.
  8. Enter a name for the certificate.
  9. Tap OK.
To install certificate on MacOS
  1. Open Keychain Access
  2. Click on File > Import Items
  3. Select the server.crt file created earlier, and enter your password to allow
  4. Then right click on the certificate that was imported, and select get info
  5. Then open the "Trust" section and modify 'When using this certifcate:' to always Trust
